Dr. Rajesh Vaidya is the Founder and Director of DIMS, and a senior physician with more than 30 years of clinical experience in Dahod.

Since beginning his private clinical practice in 1996, Dr. Vaidya has dedicated his career to providing thoughtful, comprehensive medical care to patients and families across the community. His experience spans internal medicine, acute and chronic disease management, critical care, and preventive healthcare.

With a strong belief that good medicine begins with listening to the patient, his approach combines decades of clinical experience with careful evaluation and personalised care.

A Journey Built on Experience

Dr. Vaidya earned his M.B.B.S. and M.D. in Internal Medicine from Government Medical College, Surat. His early professional experience included working as an ICU Registrar at Bombay HN Hospital (now Reliance Hospital), where he gained valuable exposure to critical and complex medical care.

In 1996, he returned to Dahod and served as the first physician at Urban Bank Hospital, before establishing his own clinical practice.

For more than three decades since then, he has continued to serve the Dahod community—building a practice centred around accessible, dependable and comprehensive medical care.
